Join us for a full-day workshop alongside AWS to learn how to implement real-time personalization and recommendations in your product or growth campaigns. By the end of the day, you will leave having implemented Amazon’s proprietary search and recommendation algorithms alongside Segment’s event data.

In this workshop you will:
• Dig into hands-on exercises that demonstrate how to collect and analyze data from multiple customer touch-points such as web, mobile and in-store PoS
• Train and validate a machine learning model using Amazon Personalize
• Deploy the Personalize model and use it alongside Segment Personas to make product and search result recommendations to customers
